岗位职责

1、熟悉食品和饮料菜单内容并能够详细地解释给客人，理解餐饮需求并提供适当的建议。

2、当客人到达和离开时，要协助拉椅子。

3、微笑着迎接客人,并提供帮助，外套、书包等。

4、收集并更新客史的资料。

5、护送客人到餐桌边，并介绍自助餐。

6、所有早餐及单独客人要提供阅读材料。

7、确保特殊照顾孩子和协助支持者、高椅和玩具。

8、接纳任何客人的需求，如果不可能再提供合适的替代品。

9、在你的指定区域内为客人呈上个人责任的服务经验。

10、确保餐台的干净和整洁。

11、在任何特殊的要求和特殊的场合下，与厨房和餐厅经理要有效地沟通。

12、和客人和同事礼貌友好。

13、祝愿每位客人高兴的离开，感谢他们的到来

14、了解酒店的设施，营业时间，餐饮部包括菜单，营业时间，菜单挑选等。

岗位要求
1、中专以上学历，酒店类专业优先。
2、基础的英语沟通能力。
3、形象好。
