岗位职责
1、熟悉食品和饮料菜单内容并能够详细地解释给客人，理解餐饮需求并提供适当的建议。
2、礼貌地问候和引导客人至餐桌，帮助客人入座，确保餐厅的服务标准。
3、微笑着迎接客人，并提供帮助，外套、书包等。
4、收集并更新客史的资料。
5、护送客人到餐桌边，并介绍自助餐。
6、接纳任何客人的需求，如果不可能再提供合适的替代品。

8、了解酒店的设施，营业时间，餐饮部包括菜单，营业时间，菜单挑选等。
岗位要求
1、大专以上学历，酒店类专业优先。
2、基础的英语沟通能力。
3、女生165cm以上，形象好。
