岗位职责：
1. 全面负责酒店餐饮服务和厨房的日常经营管理工作，对餐饮部各项经营管理指标负责。
2. 管理餐饮部的人力资源和餐饮销售业绩，以及营销策略的目标和结果。
3. 建立并维持有效的外部内部沟通渠道，以确保最佳的团队合作并提高产量。
4. 确保团队所有工作得以顺利进行，领导餐饮团队提高各方面目标，努力到达预期的结果。
5. 制定并管理餐饮部的预算，开展促销活动。增加销售业绩，控制成本及提高利润，维持有效运营。
6. 保证奢华酒店餐饮服务品质及食品出品标准。
7. 监督和指导团队员工的日常工作，提升士气。
岗位要求：
1. 同职能领域五年以上国际高端奢华酒店工作经验。
2. 熟悉北京市场者及有行政总厨岗位背景优先。
3. 卓越的英文听说读写能力。

Job Responsibilities
1. Be fully
responsible for the daily operation and management of F&B services and
kitchens, and responsible for all operation and management indicators of the F&B
department.
2. Manage the F&B
department staff and the goals and results of the Food and Beverage sales and
marketing strategy. 
3. Establish and
maintain effective external and internal communication channels to ensure
optimal teamwork and increase production.
4. Ensure that all
team work is carried out smoothly, lead the F&B team to improve goals in
all aspects, and strive to achieve expected results.
5. Manage the food
and beverage department's budget and conduct promotions. Increase sales
performance, control costs and increase profits, and maintain effective
operations.
6. Guarantee the
quality of luxury hotel catering services and food production standards.
7. Guide team
members in their daily work and improve morale.
Job requirements
1. More than five
years of working experience in international high-end luxury hotels in the same
functional field.
2. Those who are
familiar with the Beijing market and have Executive Chef position background
will be given priority.










































































3. Excellent
English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.
