岗位职责
1.熟悉酒廊日常工作内容，做好卫生打扫及备品的准备工作。
2.掌握酒单知识能够为宾客提供规范化，标准化的服务。
3.爱护酒廊的设施设备，出现隐患及时上报。
4.检查交接酒廊服务用品，做好每月盘点工作。
5.参加培训并尽快提高自身的业务水平。
6.认真完成上级交办的工作任务。
7.做好宾客档案，积极与宾客沟通。
岗位要求
1.有1年以上工作经验。
2.高中以上文化程度。具备基础英语交流能力。
3.具有强烈的事业心和责任感,高尚的职业道德,良好的纪律修养。
4.能够按服务标准进行工作,反应灵敏,机智灵活。
