Primary Responsibilities主要职责

·Ensure LQA standards are implemented and delivered to every guest.

·Implement up-selling and LCAH member enrollment, to maximize room revenue & guest loyalty.

·Honesty is a work basis, ensure implement on work with honesty all times.

·Detailed hotel product knowledge, up-to-date with VIP arrivals & events within the hotel and the destination.

·Ensures a high level of product knowledge of hotel and local area to provide an information service for guest.

·Completed the details of conference or group resumes are met.

·Ensure and maintain the PSB upload is accurately.

·Maintains information security standards compliance of Front Office at 100%.

·The management reserves the right to change / extend this job description if necessary at any point of time during her / his employment.

·Carries out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.

·掌握和保证前台外事传输的正确性。

·确保所有信息安全标准都被百分之百的执行。

·如有必要，该部门有权更改或补充该职位描述。

·完成任何其他合理的职责和被指派的职责。

Knowledge and Experience知识和经验

·Diploma or Degree preferably in hospitality or related field

·Minimum One (1) years relevant experience in a similar position in a renowned international hotel brand

·PMS and Office software knowledge

·Excellent oral and written skills in Mandarin and English

·Excellent interpersonal & communication skills

·Service oriented with an eye for details

·Good presentation, influencing skills

·Adaptable and flexible and able to embrace and respond to change effectively

·酒店管理或相关专业的本科或专科学历
·在知名国际酒店内从事至少一年年类似岗位的经验
·熟悉并掌握Opera酒店管理系统优先考虑，掌握各类办公软件
·良好的中英文听说读写能力
