Primary Responsibilities主要职责

·Be responsible for planning and implementing diversified business projects and formulating relevant charging standards; Drafting cooperation plans and management agreements for diversified business. Exploit、 package and sell hotel related cultural tourism products.

·Carry out the sales business of the project, maintain good public relations with all channels, be responsible for investigating, collecting and statistics of diversified business resource information of all projects, summarize and sort out the information obtained, establish a list of diversified business resource information, and provide a basic basis for the development of diversified business.

·Carry out the sales business of the project and maintain good public relations with all channels.

·Monitors competitors’ activities and assists in marketing intelligence.

·Sells to new, existing and prospective customers considering goals set forth in the sales strategy, negotiating optimum rate for the benefit of the business.

·Have unique insights and ideas on sales methods.

·开展所属项目的销售业务，与各个渠道保持良好的公共关系负责调查、收集、统计各项目的多种经营资源信息,对获得的信息进行归纳整理并分类,建立多种经营资源信息清单，为多种经营业务开展提供基础依据。

·根据在销售策略中既定目标，向新的、现有的、潜在客户进行销售，并与其谈判商定。最适合的价格以争取最大的利润。

Knowledge and Experience知识和经验

·Minimum of 2 years Sales management experience.

·A strong understanding of overall hotel business.

·Experience in cultural tourism product development and sales

·Marcom experience.

· With travel agency resources.

·Ability to study, analyze and interpret complex activities and/or information in order to improve new practices or develop new approaches.

·Must have the ability to understand local markets that affect the business of the hotel.

·Strong oral and written communication skills.

·Ability to communicate at all levels.

·Ability to train and develop new team members.

·Computer skills (word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software).

·Language skills: English and Mandarin Chinese.
