Primary Responsibilities主要职责
·To ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the IT department and to deliver a prompt and efficient service to all departments in the Hotel.
·Develop and maintain Hotel software properly management system, smoothly to ensure a smooth computer system functioning without interruption to the hotel daily computer operation.
·Develop expertise on all software and hardware used in hotel.
·Maintain all hardware on an on-going basis.
·Train and re-train hotel Front Office and F&B talents in implementing and maintaining new and existing computer systems and related Software applications.
·Attend to solve computer problems promptly.
·Ensure system security is maintained at all times.
·Develop report writers and programs as requested.
·Stay current on all changes in computing technology.
·Maintain and test all current and future cabling.
·Extra working hours will be as required to ensure system reliability.
·确保IT部门顺利有效的运作，为酒店所有部门提供快捷的服务。
·维护并提高酒店的软件管理系统，确保每日的电脑系统在没有任何干扰情况下顺畅工作。
·负责提高所有使用酒店系统职员的专业知识。
·在酒店电脑系统正常运行下，对硬件设备进行维护。
·对酒店前台和餐饮部人才进行所有软件和硬件使用的培训与再培训。
·快速安排解决电脑使用中出现的问题。
·随时保证系统的安全与稳定。
·按酒店政策要求改进程序。
·密切关注电脑各方面信息的变化与趋势。
·维护与测试当前与将运用的网络系统。
·为确保系统的安全运行，要遵守该部门特殊的工作时间。
Knowledge and Experience知识和经验
·College degree or above.
·3 years or above experience in related work. in the area of recruitment at 4 or 5 star international hotels.
·Fluent oral and written English.
·With capability of communication and coordination.
·Work honestly with strong responsibility, fairly handle matters.
·Well complete each work task designated at the above Job Responsibility.
·Opera, Micros, Sun System, PABX System, Internet skill.
·大专或以上学历。
·三年以上国际品牌酒店相关工作的经验。
·有良好的英语能力。
·有较强的沟通协调和管理能力。
·工作认真负责，作风正派，处事公正，有良好的素质。
·能较好完成上述工作职责规定的各项任务。
·Opera, Micros, Sun System, PABX System, Internet 技能。
国际联号工作经历：优先语言能力：英语-良好计算机能力：精通年龄要求：25岁以上
