Primary Responsibilities主要职责
•	Assist Financial Controller to coordinate and oversee daily accounting operations.
•	Assist in the training and mentoring of new associates. Strive to develop new procedures that reducing work load stress. 
•	Cover area of responsibility when talent is on vacation.
•	To supervise and control subordinates to discharge their duties in an effective and efficient manner.
•	To ensure teamwork and efficient operation of the hotel through team spirit development.
•	Maintain good relationship with local government.
•	Safeguard Hotel against through gross negligence. 
•	Safeguard assets of the Hotel against loss and/or damages. 
•	Be in charge of general ledger, cost control and other operating sections such as income, AR and AP ‘s daily management and accounting operations.
•	To review bank reconciliation and month-end reconciliation of all general ledger balances.
•	To review and analyze all accounts before issuing final monthly financial statements.
•	To assist training and recruit new talent, ensure they are skillful.
•	To check the workload for the Accounting department and assist the  Financial Controller in setting and changing assignment of work in order to prevent overburdening one part of the talent with heavy workload.
•	To evaluate talent performance and make suggestion to the Financial Controller accordingly.
•	To plan and organize training for the talent in areas of accounting and finance.
•	Responsible for assisting in a "hands-on" capacity should the need arise in any outlet or area in the Hotel.
•	Be ready and responsible when assigned to perform any other duties as designated by higher management.
•	If FC is taking off, be in charge of the whole department on behalf of FC to carry out FC’s duty and obligations.

•负责会计部、成本部、运作部（日审、信贷、应收）的日常运作及管理工作。
•核查银行余额和所有后台账户余额。
•在发出财务月报之前核查和分析所有账户情况。
•协助招聘和培训新人才，确保他们有熟练的工作技能。
•检查部门的工作量，协助财务总监设置和变更内部工作分配，以避免个别部门工作量过大。
•对人才进行表现评估，并向财务总监提出合理建议。
•组织和计划部门的培训。
•如果酒店的任何餐厅和任何区域需要帮助时，要负责向他们提供帮助。
•要始终准备接受管理人员根据工作需要所分配的其它工作。
•当财务总监不在时，代替财务总监管理整个部门，执行财务总监的职责及义务。

Knowledge and Experience知识和经验
•	College degree or above.
•	3 years or above experience in financial administration at 4 or 5 star international hotels, cost control background preferred.
•	Fluent oral and written English.
•	familiar with the relevant national and local financial laws and regulations
•	With capability of communication and coordination
•	Work honestly with strong responsibility, fairly handle matters 
•	Well complete each work task designated at the above Job Responsibility

•大专或以上学历。
•三年以上国际品牌酒店财务管理经验，成本控制工作管理背景。
•有良好的英语能力。
•熟悉国家和地方的财务法律法规。
•有较强的沟通协调和管理能力。
•工作认真负责，作风正派，处事公正，有良好的素质。
•能较好完成上述工作职责规定的各项任务。
