Four Seasons Hotel Shenzhen is ideally located in the heart of the commercial district of Futian, across the Shenzhen Conference & Exhibition Center and a short walk from the Civic Center which houses the city’s Municipal Hall and Museum as well as near the famed Shenzhen Concert Hall and Library. The Hotel is surrounded by 3 modern shopping malls and is a few steps away from the subway metro station and 10-minute drive to 2 Hong Kong borders of Huanggang and Futian. Built along contemporary lines, the Hotel features 266 rooms inclusive of 32 suites, a Club Lounge, Business Centre, 4 food and beverage outlets, and a grand ballroom with 5 other function venues plus a unique outdoor multilevel Terraces.

About the role
•	The position of the duty engineer is considered the management line of the Engineering department.  It provides an important link between the technician and Engineering management.
•	值班工程师是工程部的管理人员。是技术员和经理之间的重要沟通桥梁。
•	What you will do
•	Answering the telephone.即时接听电话。
•	To keep all equipment in good repair by providing day-to-day maintenance of the hotel under the direction of engineering management.在工程总监的领导下完成日常的维护工作，以保证工程设备的良好运行。
•	To continually support and improve engineering services that effectively address problems affecting both guests and associates.不断保持并提高工作技能，能及时有效解决客人和同事的相关问题。
•	Attend briefing and meeting of engineering, the other department meeting within engineering.参与部门每日例会，包括其他部门工程部相关的例会。
•	Direct the leader of engineering section to plan and perform Preventive Maintenance for engineering system in the hotel.直接领导各技术人员计划和执行酒店内工程设备的预防维修。
•	Management of safety issues related to engineering system of the hotel.管理和工程相关的一切安全问题。
 
What you bring
•	The certificate with emphasis in engineering (within above the education background of engineering institute is preferred).  Preferably in the area of electronic, electrical, HVAV and mechanical engineering.在工程范围内的执业资格证书（包括文化背景要求，工程学院者优先），尤其是电子，强电，弱电和工程机械方面的背景。
•	Reading, writing and oral proficiency in Chinese language and have some Reading, writing and oral ability in English language.熟练的中文阅读及书写能力， 能阅读、书写简单的英文。
•	Must be service oriented and be able to maintain Four Seasons Hotel standard of hospitality at all times.有良好的对客服务态度，工作期间必须严格执行四季酒店的热情好客的标准。
•	Must be willing to perform shift work.积极配合执行轮班工作的要求。
•	Minimum five-year experience as a Maintenance Technician in Building M & E services of which one-year must be preferably in the hotel industry.至少5年以上作为工程保养及维护方面的技术人员的经验及一年以上在酒店工作的经历。
