岗位职责
1.Check the hygiene of public areas and guest rooms.
检查公共区域和客房的卫生。
2.Check the hygiene of all guest rooms, rooms of important guests and rooms of important guests.
检查所有客房，重要客人的房间以及重要客人的房间卫生。
3.Prepare and distribute room status sheets.
准备和发放房态表。
4.Report and follow up on repairs and maintenance.
报告和跟踪维修和保养情况。
5.Record all daily activities such as guest complaints, etc.
记录日常所有的活动例如客人的投诉等。
6.Handle guest requests and complaints in the correct manner.
采用正确的方式处理客人的要求和投诉。
7.Assist in the inventory of guest room linen.
协助客房布草的盘点。
8.Observe the security of floor linen storage to avoid shortage and loss.
观察楼层布草的存储的安全情况以避免短缺和丢失。
9.Prepare supervisor reports and complete maintenance work requirements.
准备主管报告，完成维护工作需求。
10.Collect room attendant work reports and keys and submit them to the Housekeeping Coordinator.
收集客房服务员工作报告和钥匙并将其上交到客房部协调员处。
岗位要求
1.High school diploma or equivalent education level.
高中毕业学历或同等以上文化程度。
2.Have more than two years working experience in guest room, familiar with room service process and standard.
有两年以上客房工作经验，熟悉客房服务流程、标准。
3.Good written and verbal skills, proficient in using computer and able to solve the problems raised by guests.
有良好的文字及语言表达能力，熟练使用电脑，能解决宾客提出的问题。
