岗位职责
1、落实总经理分派的各项工作任务。Implement the work tasks assigned by the general manager.
2、协助总经理审定酒店计划、管理制度和工作程序。
Assist the general manager to finalize the hotel plan, management system and work procedures.
3、参与酒店重要问题的分析和决策,参加酒店主要经济合同的谈判、签署,并监督执行。
Participate in the analysis and decision-making of important issues of the hotel, participate in the negotiation and signing of the main economic contracts of the hotel, and supervise the implementation.
4、深入各部门,检查工作情况,发现问题及时督办。、
To go deep into all departments, check the work situation, and supervise the problems found in time.
5、负责酒店员工培训工作。
