职位描述
- 1. Ensures that luggage is delivered and collected promptly
确保行李的及时递送与保存
- 2. Is knowledgeable on all hotel and city information, including event activities

- 3. Manage and organize guest storage room, being responsible for guest items handover

- 5. Take ownership of complaints ensuring final resolution and guest satisfaction

- 6. Take ownership of guest requestsand offer proactive assistance, being responsible for arranging requests as communicated by other departments (e.g. limo and tour service)
