•Actively work with the Chef and Restaurant Manager to develop promotions and menu implementation according to the annual plan. 
•积极配合厨师和餐厅经理，根据年度计划制定促销活动和菜单。
• Attend Chef Meetings in the absence of the Head Chef and ensure that all tasks assigned at the daily Chef Meetings or monthly Business Meetings are followed up. 
•在主厨不在的情况下参加厨师会议，并确保所有分配的任务在每日厨师会议或月度商务会议上得到跟踪。
• Plan, co-ordinate and supervise the implementation of menus in a timely manner, and ensure that the necessary information such as layout guides, recipes, food photos and cost accounting are available prior to implementation.

• Innovate and develop new recipes according to the latest market trends.

• Handle any disciplinary violations in accordance with the hotel's policy.

• Prepare employee evaluation reports in accordance with policies and procedures. 
•根据公司政策和程序准备员工评估报告。
• Handle customer comments and complaints and correct them promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Responsible for maintaining the cost of food, materials and appliances for the kitchen.

• Assist in the preparation and control of daily and weekly bakery market supply lists.

• Ensure the quality of the food purchased, monitor the quality at the time of receipt and ensure the consistency of the items purchased.

• Do not host any unannounced food or material suppliers.
