岗位职责
1、组织、主持客房部员工每日工作例会，上传下达上级指示和方针，并指出工作中存在的问题避免问题重复发生；与相关部门做好沟通、合作、协调工作。

2、检查员工的仪容仪表、行为规范及出勤情况。

3、了解房态及领班放房情况；巡视客房，检查及督促领班的各项工作。

4、掌握客情房态，处理客人投诉，查处违纪员工，维护正常秩序。

5、协助经理完成各项日常性工作

岗位要求
1.中专或以上学历。
2.有2年以上同星级客房管理工作经验。
3.熟悉客房部专业知识，熟练使用电脑。
4.掌握熟悉客房管理、服务流程和质量标准。
5.具有组织协调能力、应变能力、经营能力以及文字表达能力和信息管理能力。
