Assist supervisor to ensure all departments understand and follow hr procedures and policies

Control and manage employee vacations and ensure that they are carried out in accordance with hotel policies

控制及管理员工假期，确保按照酒店政策执行

Ensure the hotel staff social security fund payment in accordance with local and national regulations

确保酒店员工社保公积金缴纳按照地方及国家相关规定执行

Manage employee social security and housing fund in accordance with relevant national regulations

按照国家相关规定管理员工社保及住房公积金

Ensure employee compensation and pension plans are implemente

保证执行员工的补偿和养老计划

To handle the application for maternity allowanc

负责员工生育津贴申请办理

Ensure that all employees in the hotel are paid according to the terms of employment orelevant agreement

 Ensure all employee personal records are kept accurately and safely and manage employee files

Staff health certificate management to ensure all staff health certificates comply with hotel and government regulations
