职位描述

§  Develops, monitors, and evaluates all Events related objectives, strategies, marketing plan and actions in the Events Sales Department with Sales & Marketing so as to achieve or surpass forecasted revenues.

同市场销售总监一起发展、监督并评估所有与宴会部相关的目标、策略,市场营销计划和行动,以能达到或超越收入预算。

§  Implements the operational standards as per Hyatt Hotels Corporation Operations Manuals, establishing the Hotel as the undisputed trendsetter in Events Sales creativity.

以凯悦酒店集团营运手册为指导,实施与之相符的运作使酒店在宴会销售方面成为具有创造力的潮流引导者。

§  Works closely with the Executive Chef with creative suggestions and ideas.

与行政总厨保持紧密的合作关系,并能提供有创造性的建议和想法。

§  Constantly reviews and monitors the guest service standards ensuring they meet the Hyatt brand standards and exceed the level of expectation of the market.

持续回顾和监督客人服务标准以确保酒店提供的服务达到凯悦品牌标准和超越市场的期望水平。

§  Establishes a rapport with guests maintaining effective customer relationships and handles all guest complaints, requests and enquiries on Food, Beverage and service.

与客人建立良好的关系,处理客人的投诉、要求和关于餐饮及服务的咨询。

§  Personally and frequently verifies that guests are receiving the best possible service.

经常亲自核实客人是否得到了尽可能好的服务。

§  Spends time in each function / event to ensure that the function / event is managed well by Banquet Service and supporting team and functions to the fullest expectations.

应给与每个活动/宴会相应的关注,以确保其在宴会服务人员及相关的支援队员和活动的协助下,顺利进行并充分满足客人的期望。

§  Prepares a yearly marketing plan for Events and convention sales, which is the basis of the Food and Beverage Annual Marketing Plan.

为宴会和会议队伍制定一个年度营销计划,为餐饮部年度营销计划的制定打下基础。

§  Continuously seeks ways to maximise revenues and profits by cross selling and up-selling other facilities and service.

通过拓展销售和升级销售其它设施服务等途径不断地实现收入最大化。

§  Monitors and analyses the activities and trends of other hotel’s banqueting departments and take proactive measures to ensure all events are well organised, original and exciting to set us apart from the competitors.

监察和分析其他酒店宴会部门的活动及趋势,采取先发制人的方法去确保所有宴会活动具有良好的组织性、潮流引领性和效应性,使酒店卓而不群。

§  Actively courts and develops sales and marketing activities with key industry partners such as travel agencies, convention organisers.

积极地寻求发展与主要行业合作伙伴的销售营销活动,例如:旅行社和会议组织者。

§  Ensures that all employees in the Events Sales Department are fully aware of market needs and trends and that their products meet these requirements.

确保所有的宴会销售部员工充分了解市场的需要和趋势,而他们这些产品能满足现有的需要和趋势。

 

§  Assists with the development and maintenance of a detailed Department Operations Manual that reflects Policies & Procedures, work processes and standards of performance within the Division. Ensures annual review to accurately reflect any changes.

协助撰写具体的部门运行手册,其中应包括总部门的政策及程序、工作流程和执行标准。每年需进行回顾,确保手册能反映新的变化。

§  Assists with the preparation of the Marketing Business Plan, ensuring Divisional Objectives fully address business objectives of the Hotel and needs of employees.

协助市场营销计划的制定,确保部门目标与酒店营运目标及员工需求相一致。

§  Assists with the preparation and regular update of the Marketing Departmental Budget in close cooperation with the Director of Food and Beverage, ensuring targets are met and costs are effectively controlled.

在与餐饮部总监紧密合作的同时,协助市场营销部预算的制定和定期的更新,确保目标达到的同时成本也处于有效的控制之下。

§  Exercises efficient Payroll Management / Resources allocation through the establishment of a flexible workforce throughout the Division. This will be based on the principles of a flexible employee base (Full Time & Part Time employees), multi-skilling and multi-tasking.

实行效能薪水管理制度/采用灵活安排劳动力的方法。此系统基于灵活的聘用制度,招募全职和兼职雇员、多重技能和多项任务的员工。

§  Reviews and constantly seeks productivity level improvements of all employees through the process of “taking work out of the system” (when appropriate) and through streamlining of work process.

通过“(当合适的时候)另觅新径和分工合作”的方式,回顾并不断地寻求提高员工生产力的方法。

§  Focuses attention on improving productivity levels and the need to prudently manage utility / payroll costs within acceptable guidelines, ensuring optimum deployment and energy efficiency of all equipment.

既要注重提高生产力水平也要谨慎地把利用率和工资成本控制在可接受范围,确保设备的适度增减和能源的有效利用。

 

§  Recruits, selects, motivates and develops Events Sales employees to work following the operational, financial, administrative philosophies and willing to become multi skilled and perform multi tasks.

招聘、筛选、激励和发展合适的宴会销售人员。他们必须遵循酒店的营运、财务和行政管理理念,有意成长为具有多重技能并能执行多项任务的员工。

§  Through hands-on management, supervises closely all Events Sales employees in the performance of their duties in accordance with Policies & Procedures and applicable laws.

通过专人负责管理方式,密切督导所有的宴会销售人员的工作表现是否符合政策程序及相关的法律法规。

§  Delegates appropriately duties and responsibilities to equipped and resourceful employees, nurturing and developing them whilst ensuring standards of operation and safety are maintained.

分配合适的工作和责任给有相关能力和资源的员工,在确保营运和安全标准的前提下培养和发展他们。

§  Instills and supports the Training initiatives and philosophies of the company and works closely with the Learning Manager in developing a team of active Departmental Trainers.

灌输和支持酒店的培训需求和理念,与进修发展部经理紧密合作,发展一支积极的部门培训师队伍。

§  Ensuring that all Managers and Team Leaders take an active role in the training and development of employees.

确保部门所有的经理和领班在培训和人员发展方面都扮演着积极的角色。

§  Develops and assists with training activities focused on improving skills and knowledge.

发展可以提高员工技能和增加员工知识的培训活动并提供协助。

§  Ensures employees have a complete understanding of Rules & Regulations, and that behaviour complies

§  Monitors employee morale and provides mechanisms for performance feedback and development.

§  Conducts annual Performance Development, providing honest and appropriate feedback.

§  Effectively communicates guiding principles and core values to all levels of employees.

§  Ensures all employees maintain an up-to-date awareness of hotel product knowledge, current promotion, policy changes and appropriate internal communication.

确保所有员工对最新的酒店产品、现有的推广、政策的更改和适度的内部沟通都有所了解。

§  Attends and contributes to all Meetings as required.

按照要求,参与所有的会议并做出应有的贡献。

§  Ensures all employees provide courteous and professional service at all times.

确保所有的员工在任何时候都提供礼貌而专业的服务。

§  Handles guest and employee enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, reporting complaints or problems if no immediate solution can be found, whilst providing feedback for a prompt follow up.

有礼而高效的处理客人和员工的咨询。如果不能即时找到合适的解决方案,在向客人或员工承诺跟进的同时应向上级汇报相关的投诉或问题。

§  Is knowledgeable in statutory legislation in employee and industrial relations, understanding and strictly adhering to Rules & Regulations established in the Employee Handbook and the Hotel’s policies concerning fire, hygiene and health & safety.

充分了解雇员立法和劳资关系,理解并严格遵守员工手册、酒店消防、卫生、健康与安全等相关的规章制度。

§  Is actively involved in the welfare, safety, development and well being of employees providing advice, counselling and truthful, diplomatic feedback.

积极地为员工的福利、安全、发展和心身健康出谋献策,并给与有辅导性,可信度和建设性的回馈。

§  Ensures high standards of personal presentation & grooming.

确保员工精神面貌的高度标准性。

§  Ensures services provided by the Department are always available and are always carried out to defined Standard with the utmost efficiency, consistency and courtesy as detailed in the Department Operations Manual.

确保部门在任何时候都可以提供服务,而且所提供的服务必须符合部门运营手册标准:高效、一致、有礼。

§  Maintains positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships.

发展良好的工作关系,维持与客人和同事之间的积极互动。

§  Exercises responsible management and behaviour at all times and positively representing the Hotel Management Team and Hyatt Hotels Corporation.

任何时候都展现有责任的管理和行为,为酒店管理层和凯悦酒店集团建立正面的形象。

§  Responds to requests to undertake any reasonable tasks and secondary duties and to changes as dictated by the Hotel, industry and company.

承担合理的工作职责和第二职责,并根据酒店、行业和公司的需要做相应的调整。
