What You Will Do
Responsible to establish a strong corporate base among supporting and potential corporate companies, property consultants, real estate agents by maintaining good relationship and extend attentive service to all existing and potential accounts. Effectively achieve or exceed annual personal revenue budget and maximizes revenue and yield potential. Follow the Kerry core values and the brand ethos.
You would have the following competencies and professional experiences:
1. Education :
College degree or above, marketing, hotel management or related majors are preferred.
2. Experience:
Minimum 3 year working experience in relevant functions, experience with top tier developers or real estate agencies is preferred.
3. Professional Qualification / Technical Expertise:
English Level : Fluent in spoken and written English
Communication skills: Good verbal and written communication skills, able to communicate effectively with customers, teams and superiors.
Market Analysis: Familiar with market analysis methods and tools, able to conduct market research and competitive analysis.
Business development: have market development and business development capabilities, and be able to identify and develop new sales opportunities.
Data analysis: Proficient in using tools such as Excel for sales data analysis and report writing.
Customer relationship management: have good customer relationship management capabilities, and be able to establish and maintain good cooperative relations with customers.

Who You Will Work With (Internal & External Relations & Communication)
Communication
1. Weekly update clients pipeline & marketing intelligence reports.
2. Monitor exist accounts and develop new accounts to ensure the achievement of sales targets.
3. Responsible to actual execution and coordination with other departments in the entire leasing process,work with Legal and Finance to finalize the tenancy agreement.
4. Maintain supportive, timely communication with sales offices and operation departments.
5. Serve customers, understand their needs and try to satisfy their requirements.
6. Update internal filing document to have a better understanding of each accounts potential and needs. manage potential clients converted to regular customers.
7. Strictly abide by the company's rules and regulations: adhere to the company's financial/legal regulations and internal audit requirements in daily work processes, ensuring the accuracy and correctness of any documents handled by oneself.
Financial Performance
1. Achieve assigned personal annual KPI performance.
2. Review, discuss and suggest market segment strategies based upon analysis of the industry intelligence Reports.
Who You Are
1. Ensure residence’s annual revenue budget is achieved or exceeded.
2. Report and analyze current and potential markets/trends, coordinates all activities to maintain and increase revenue through added business volume and increased rate.
3. Procure new and repeat business by contact with corporate accounts, property agency, private clubs and professional associations within local and international markets.
4. Create and leverage effective regionalized cross selling via cross-pollination of accounts.
5. Regular meet with tenants to ensure customer satisfaction and target renewal successful ratio.
6. Provide timely information flows in accordance with the required sales administration process.
7. Monitor and communicate industry trends within assigned region.
8. Monitor and develop assigned accounts to ensure the achievement of sales targets.
9. Process all reservations and lease agreement in a timely and efficient manner.
10. Attend major sales/PR, networking related functions.
11. Will comply with any other directive from Senior Management which may from time to time be requested.
12. Assist the Legal Department in reviewing and revising customer contract documents.
13. Provide administrative support to Department in carrying out related duties.
14. HMS system data maintenance and updates.
