岗位职责：
1.制定及更新行政管理制度及流程优化。
2.熟悉华侨城OA系统，会操作收发文、合同审批、权限的设置及新闻报送等工作。
3.熟悉公章和证照的保管流程。
4.负责拟写会议记录及纪要等重要文件。
5.计划全年保密和档案的学习、培训、会议等工作。
6.起草、修改、公函及各类报告等文件。
7.完成行政经理交代其他事宜。岗位要求：
1.需要有极强的稳定性。
2.本科毕业或同等学历。
3.有较好的文字和语言表达能力。4.熟练使用电脑软件处理行政工作。
