MAJOR RESPONSIBILIES 责任概要 :
 
To contribute to the
smooth and efficient running of the Personnel Department within the Human
Resources Division.
协助保证人力资源部的正常高效运行。
 
SPECIFIC DUTIES 工作任务 :
 
1.           
Report to work in
uniform following all appearance standards.
上班时遵守仪容仪表和制服制度。
 
2.           
Assists the Cluster Director
of Human Resources in the smooth and efficient running of the Human Resources
Division, ensure that all the policies and procedures outlined in the
Departmental Operations Manual are strictly adhered to.
协助集群人力资源部总监保证人力资源部工作的高效运行，确保部门营运手册中的政策和程序得到严格的执行。
 
3.           
Assist in managing
hotel’s overall payroll cost
协助管控酒店总体工资成本。
 
4.           
Well managed the
outsource contract and part time associates, make sure all the procedure
meeting audit standard
严格管理外包公司员工和小时工的使用规范，确保程序符合相关审计标准。
 
5.           
Assists in the
recruitment process by handling enquiries, registration and arranging interview
at appropriate time.
通过询问求职者情况、登记信息和安排面试，安排招聘程序。
 
6.           
Assists in conducting recruitment
job fair.
协助开展大型招聘会。
 
7.           
Propose the Recruitment
Plan based on manning budget.
根据酒店人员配置情况，做出相应招聘计划。
 
8.           
Maintain close
relationship with academic institutions and hotel schools.
与相关学院和旅游学校保持良好的关系
 
9.           
Conducts interviews and
co-ordinates recruitment activities in liaison with the respective Heads of
Department. 
进行面试并与相关部门经理协调招聘活动。
 
10.        
Administers all internal
transfers. 
管理所有内部调动的相关事宜。
 
11.        
Conducts Trainee
Meetings on a periodic basis, to enhance associate satisfaction. 
定期召开实习生会议，提高员工满意度。
 
12.        
Responsible for dormitory
inspections and relevant stuff. 
负责对员工宿舍的检查及相关事宜。
 
13.        
Organize positive
associate activities to improve the balance of work and life. 
组织积极有效的员工活动，丰富员工业余生活。
 
14.        
Ensures that all
associates are treated fairly and consistently as outlined in their terms and
conditions of employment, local legislation, and hotel policies and procedures.
确保所有员工根据合约的雇佣条件、当地法规以及酒店的政策与程序得到公平和一致的对待。
 
15.        
Oversees the hotel's
recruitment and selection process, providing Division and Department Heads with
effective and efficient recruitment solutions. 
监督酒店的招聘和挑选程序，为部门总监和部门经理提供有效迅速的招聘方案。
 
16.        
Conducts Exit Interviews
for all resigned associates and provide feedback to the Cluster Director of
Human Resources. 
对所有辞职员工进行离店面谈，并将结果反馈给集群人力资源总监。
 
17.        
Attends training
sessions and meetings as and when required. 
根据要求出席酒店和部门的培训和会议。
 
18.        
Carries out any other
reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned. 
执行及完成分配的其它合理的工作及职责。

Follow all company
policies and procedures.
