职位描述

  1. Directly responsible for all service bars, banquetbeverage operations, JW Lounge, by ensuring a smooth running, profitable operationwithin the framework of the hotel.

    主要职责对所有服务酒吧,宴会饮料服务, JW酒吧通过有效的体制确保其正常运作.

  2. Responsible for stocktaking and condition of thebeverage store rooms

               主要职责对饮料仓库的库存清点和调查.

  3. Responsible to maintain the overall welfare of ourassociates by providing them with the training & resources to take care ofour guests

  4. Responsible for the control of beverage costs in alloutlets.

               主要职责是控制各部门的酒水成本.

  5. Ensure that proper inventory, requisition, bar parand control systems are in place to maintain security and cost control of allbeverage operations areas. 

    确保适当的进货,领货, 酒吧标准存货和控制系统以保证安全和酒水营运区域的成本控制.

  6. Achieve departmental budget goals by maintainingprofits through increased sales revenue and the efficient cost expenditure.

  7. Be responsible for the monthly department Profit& Loss Statement.

  1. To create, maintain and periodically update thebeverage and wine list that is representative of what the market wants incollaboration with Director of F & B.

  2. Periodically market beverage promotions to improveguest satisfaction and increase sales revenue.

  3. Enforce the Marriott standardized drink recipe andpresentation guidelines to ensure consistent quality beverage to our guests inaccordance with the Marriott Bar Guide.

    执行万豪标准酒水配方并以此为指导确保为客人提供一致的万豪酒吧标准的饮料.

  4. Preparation of the yearly department budget by usinghistory & forecasting techniques to develop an aggressive budget thatreflects the outlets achievable capabilities.

    通过历史和预测方法准备年度部门有发展的指标来反映部门可达到的能力.

  5. Accurately forecast business demands to ensureefficient staffing & food production.

    正确的预测市场的需要来确保有效的人员和食品生产.

  6. To ensure the efficient scheduling of Management& Associates.

  7. To ensure the awareness & enforcement of allMarriott S.O.P.’s & Property L.S.O.P.’s.

  8. Enforce operational Standards that are periodicallyreviewed & updated.

    执行标准的营运并且定期的回顾和更新.

  9. Be responsible for maintaining outlet safety &sanitation standards at all times.

    职责是维持任何时间所在部门的安全卫生.

  10. Enforce Marriott’s 39-point sanitation checklist byhaving all outlets inspected on a monthly basis.

               执行万豪39条卫生标准作为每月的基本任务检查所有的部门.

  11. Be responsible for asset management of all outletproperty and facilities.

               职责是坚决管理部门的财产和设备.

  12. Conduct a preventative maintenance inspection on amonthly basis.

    每月的基本任务是检查维修的预防管理

  13. Enforce Marriott’s Principles of Hospitality at alltimes.
