职位描述

Coordinate and manage the implementation of hotel training in line with DoubleTree and Hotel Policy and Procedure. Develop and maintain training resources and implement systems that promote growth and development and ensure we deliver the promise to all stake holders. Assist the Director of HR in creating an effective and efficient operation of Training Department.

 根据希尔顿酒店政策和执行程序协调、组织完成酒店培训任务,发展及保存培训资源,完善体系以促进发展及保证向股东提供承诺。协助人力资源总监保证培训部有效运作。

 

1. Update training notice board with all information on “what is happening in and outside hotel” and training information.

更新培训告示栏上所有关于酒店内部及外部的新消息和培训信息。

2.Organize reward and certification programs.

组织奖励及证书计划。

3.Keep records of each individual TM on every training he/she attended of the hotel.

保存每位员工的参加培训记录。       

4. Organize in coordination with Director of HR and Department Heads’ approved cross-training .

组织协调人力资源总监和部门经理批准的交叉培训。         

5. Coordinate departmental cross-training.

协调部门间交叉培训。

6. Facilitate total quality management.

实行全面质量管理。

7.Manage training and development.

管理培训和发展。

8.Develop strategies which address hotel guidelines and Human Resources policies on training and development.

发展关于确定酒店宗旨和人力资源关于培训和发展的政策的战略。

9.Develop plans to conduct needs analyses and in-house training on a regular basis.

定期进行培训需求分析和酒店内培训。

10.Design and maintain hotel training records or legislative on a regular basis.

定期制订并保存酒店培训记录。

11.Develop tools and systems to ensure training and development programs meet the hotel’s objectives.

制订工具和体系保证培训和发展计划达到酒店目标。

12.Ensure that training and development are integrated into business plans and budgets, and

targeted goals are identified and monitored.

保证培训和发展与经营计划、预算相结合,明确并监督计划目标。

13.Take part in the preparation and planning of Training Department goals and objectives.

参与准备和计划部门目标。

14.Monitor the implementation of quality management systems.

监督实施质量管理体系。

15.Assist with the management of department cost control.

协助管理部门成本控制。

16. Prepare and manage Training Department budgets.

准备和管理部门预算。

17.Monitor, analyze and report variations from the budget.

监督、分析和报告预算的变动。

18.Coordinate work operations within the department.

协调部门内部工作。

19.Develop performance standards for operations in the Training Department.

建立部门内部工作表现标准。

20.Assess work operations and prepare plans to implement change when required.

评估工作表现,在必要时制订调整计划。

21.Facilitate multiskilling.

促进多技能培训。

22.Manage TMs training and development using the Hilton and DoubleTree Human Resources Management System.

运用希尔顿及逸林品牌人力资源管理体系管理员工培训及发展。

23.Manage the planning and delivery of orientation programs.

24.Implement TMs performance appraisals.

执行员工工作表现评估。

25. Provide ongoing advice and support to team members under your supervision.

为下属员工提供建议和支持。

26.Implement appropriate management practices that provide team members motivation and communication.

实施适当管理方法以激励员工并促进沟通。

27.Organize Team Members’ activites.

组织员工活动。

28.Set team goals in consultation with team members according to hotel/department goal, policies and practices.

根据酒店/部门目标、政策和实际情况与团队成员共同设立团队目标。

29.Maintain personal presentation to hotel and Hilton& Conrad standards.

根据酒店及希尔顿集团标准保持个人形象。

30. Ensure all reporting and servicing deadlines are met in a timely basis.

保证按时完成所有报告和服务。

31.Manage the completion of monthly and ongoing training reports.

管理完成每月及正在进行的培训报告。

32. Provide information as required regarding training records and attendance.

需要提供培训记录及出勤情况的相关信息。

33.  Assist all departmental trainers if necessary with their training.   

必要时协助所有部门训导师的培训。

34.Deal effectively with guests and workplace colleagues from a variety of cultures.

与不同文化背景的客人和同事进行有效沟通。

35.Be aware of duty of care, and adhere to occupational health and safety legislation, policies and procedures.

执行健康及安全法规、政策及程序。

36.Adhere to the hotel’s security and emergency policies and procedures.

执行酒店安全及紧急情况政策及程序。

37. Be familiar with property safety, current first aid and fire emergency procedures.

熟悉酒店安全、急救及消防紧急情况程序。

38.Manage and maintain internal marketing tool for learning & development.

管理并维护酒店内部学习与发展宣传工具。

39.To ensure that all team members have a complete understanding of and adhere to the Hotel’s Team member Rules and Regulations.

确保员工充分的理解并遵守员工手册内容。

40.The management reserves the right to change / extend this job description if necessary at any point of time during her / his employment.

如有必要 ,该部门有权更改或补充该职位描述。

41.Carries out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
