职位描述:

1. 进行宾客服务中心日常管理工作;

Manage and organize the daily work of Guest Service Center

2. 关注员工状态，定期与员工沟通交流，保证人员的稳定;

Be concerned of the associates and communicated with them periodically, maintain the manpower stability and sufficiently

3. 做好培训工作;

Carrying out the job training

4. 检查账务，确保各班次的账务准确无误;

Check billing, ensure billing of each shift is accurate;

5. 有效处理客人的特殊要求与投诉;

Handle guest special requests and complaint efficiently;

6. 熟练掌握酒店产品知识、城市旅游信息和宾客服务中心及商务中心岗位知识;

Familiar with hotel product knowledge, city information, Guest Service Center& Business Center job knowledge;

7. 检查宾客服务中心和商务中心设备是否能正常使用，有问题及时联系相关部门解决;

Monitor Guest Service Center& Business Center facilities, contact relevant person to resolve if there is any problem;

任职资格:

1. 具有酒店行政管理，酒店管理或相关的大专学历或专业证书。

With college degree on hospitality or management or above.

2. 拥有1年以上5星级酒店同等岗位相关工作经验。
