工作职责：
1. 协助行政管家完成日常运营管理，确保所辖区域工作有序开展。
2. 负责监督和指导楼层员工的工作执行，提升服务质量和工作效率。
3. 协调处理客户投诉及突发事件，维护良好的运营秩序和客户满意度。
4. 配合完成业绩目标分解与跟踪，定期汇报运营数据及改进建议。
5. 组织并参与楼层巡检，落实安全、卫生、陈列等相关标准规范。
6. 协助开展员工培训、排班管理及团队建设相关工作。
任职资格：
1. 大专及以上学历，管理类或相关专业优先。
2. 具备3年以上同岗位运营管理经验，国际联号酒店背景者优先。
3. 熟悉现场管理流程，具备较强的组织协调与问题解决能力。
4. 具备良好的沟通表达能力和团队管理意识，能适应轮班工作安排。
5. 熟练使用办公软件，具备基本的数据分析与报告撰写能力。
