岗位职责:

Job Description

1.负责酒店客房、洗衣房及公共区域的全面管理，保证部门的良好运营并提供优质的对客服务。

For hotel rooms and public areas clean and the image, providing quality customer service

2.明确和制定本部门各岗位所需人员的编制计划。

Required to clear and develop the sector post staff establishment plan

3.根据酒店发布的指示、规章制度，经常性的召开部门运营会议进行回顾、监督落实或者改进。

According to the hotel with the instructions issued, rules and regulations, operating segment meeting regular to review, monitor implementation or improvement

4.协调与客户，供应商，竞争对手等关系，带领团队通过优质服务向市场传递万达瑞华的奢华理念和文化。

Coordinate relationships with customers, suppliers, competitors, and so on.Bring the impact of Wanda Reign Luxury Brand Culture to the market.

5.确保能够提出和接受关于部门和酒店的建设性的批评建议，以便提高服务水平让客人满意。

Ensure you make and accept constructive criticism about the sector and hotel recommendations in order to improve the service level of guest satisfaction

Job Recuriments
1.大专毕业学历或同等以上。

College or above

2.具有2年5星级酒店行政副管家以上工作经验。

With 2 years working experience in 5 - star hotel

3.熟悉有关客房部程序及标准的知识。

Knowledge about the housekeeping department procedures and standards
4.具有组织协调能力、应变能力、经营能力以及文字表达能力和信息管理能力。

Problem solving,reasoning,call,organization and training capacity
