【岗位职责】
1、协助宴会经理完成日常运营管理，包括宴会预订、场地布置、设备检查及服务流程监督;
2、协调餐饮、厨房、工程等部门，确保宴会活动顺利执行;
3、参与宴会方案的策划与客户沟通，提供专业的建议以提升客户体验;
4、处理客户需求与投诉，维护客户关系，确保高满意度;
5、控制宴会成本，合理调配人力与物资，完成部门经营目标.
【岗位要求】
1、熟悉宴会服务流程及标准，具备基础成本管控意识;
2、沟通协调能力强，能高效对接跨部门工作;
3、抗压能力佳，适应弹性工作时间(含周末及节假日);
4、服务意识敏锐，注重细节，具备解决突发问题的能力.
