1. 负责酒店的新员工入职手续办理。
2. 负责酒店外包和临时工事宜，如：考勤、入离职手续等。
3. 负责酒店宿舍相关事宜，如：员工入住和搬离事宜、宿舍水电费充值、宿舍维修等。
4. 确保各项工作都按照集团相关的标准与程序进行。
6. 领导交代的其它事情。
