岗位要求及职责：

1. Fluent in oral and written English

2. Rich beverage knowledge and mixing skills

丰富的酒水知识和调酒技术

3. Making purchase plans according to the sales situation of bars and restaurants.

根据酒吧及各餐厅的销售情况制定采购计划。

4. Making sure that all the bar and beverage brands are updated, clean and tidy. And understand the shortage of goods in all the warehouses.

确保所有关于酒吧的器具，酒水牌是最更新的，干净整洁的。并了解所有仓库的短缺商品。

5. Checking and assisting the daily operation of the bar

检查及协助酒吧的日常营运

6. In charge of the training and selling of the wine tasting course

负责品酒课程的培训和销售

7. Maintain customer loyalty with high quality service

用高品质的服务维护客户忠诚度

8. 有相关工作经验优先

9. Ensure the seamless running of wine service in the Restaurant by delivering the highest possible standards of service, whilst being pro-active in maintaining and/or improving turnover and profitability.
