(4)保持维护所有食品和饮料的菜单知识的完整,包括制备方法、配料,调料,份量、装饰物等;(5)了解每日特价菜单和缺货菜品及日常工作和VIP预订,安排好餐厅宴会或团队;
(6)处理上级安排的其他工作。
