§ Supervising Associates - Supervising and managing associates. Managing all day-to-day operations. Understanding associate positions well enough to perform duties in associates' absence.

监督员工 - 监督管理员工的日常工作：管理日常运作，熟悉了解各岗位工作内容，在员工缺席的情况下履行其职责；

§ Assign and ensure work tasks are completed on time and that they meet appropriate quality standards

分配及确保工作任务按时完成，同时符合相应的质量标准；

§ Welcome, acknowledge and serve all guests according to company standards, anticipate and address guests’ service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and thank guests with genuine appreciation.

根据公司标准欢迎、致谢和服务所有客人，预测和解决客人的需求，帮助残疾人士，并感谢客人创造的价值；

§ Inspect grooming, attire of ladies and gentlemen as well as hygiene standards, and rectify any deficiencies

检查仪容仪表，以绅士淑女的着装以及卫生标准，并及时纠正不足之处；

§ Complete opening and closing duties including setting up necessary supplies and tools, cleaning all equipment and areas, locking doors, etc.

按照开店和闭店的班次执行，包括必要的物料、工具，清洁所有的设备和区域，锁好门窗等；

§ Speak with others using clear and professional language. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support team to reach common goals, and listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees
