  • Practice R-Way Service; set an example to be followed.

    实践R-Way服务, 以身作则。

  • Answer telephone calls within three rings according to property’s standard.

    在电话铃响3声之内接听电话并称呼客人姓名。

  • Report to work on time with proper uniform, including nametag. Personal appearance must comply with the standard of the hotel.

    报告工作时着工服、佩带名牌。 个人仪表符合酒店标准。

  • Stock rooms supply to par levels.

    储备酒店用品至少到最低值。

  • Handle all deliveries for guest requests or other delivery needs.

    处理客人所有关于递送的要求或其他要求。

  • Offer the hotel guests the best possible service through courteous and guest contact.

    尽可能的 通过电话为客人提供最好的服务。

  • Complete accurate delivery-recording sheets to track delivery times and completion.

  • Track all amenities delivered to guest’s room to maintain an accurate inventory and to ensure recovery upon guest departure.

  • Have knowledgeable of the property, hotel, staff, and services including hours of operation.

  • Be knowledgeable of the surrounding area. Have a thorough knowledge of the guestrooms including: locations, views, amenities, features, types, etc.

    对周边环境了解,对客房了解:位置、景色、特点、房型、房间客用品。

  • Work in a safe manner.

    安全工作。

  • Each associate is expected to carry out all reasonable requests by management, which the associate is capable of performing.

    员工 有义务完成管理层交给的任何合理的任务。

  • Be responsible for the ensuring that all the guest comments are passed on to the centralized Guest Response area and are  updated in all necessary Guest History databases.

    确保所有的客人要求被集中到对客服务部门并做好客人历史记录。

  • Attend training sessions and meetings as required.

    如果有必要的话,要参加培训会议。

  • To perform any other duties as assigned by the management.

  • Maintain safety by adhering to stated safety policies, responsible to report all accidents immediately. Support all safety programs. Proceed with caution when walking on slippery floors and in congested areas. Ensure that proper safety instruction is given before operating any equipment.
