OPERATIONS 运行

  • Periodically market beverage promotions to improve guest satisfaction and increase sales revenue.

    定期酒水促销以提高顾客满意度增加销售收入。

  • Enforce the Marriott standardized drink recipe and presentation guidelines to ensure consistent quality beverage to our guests in accordance with the Marriott Bar Guide.

    根据万豪制定的酒吧配方标准和装饰标准,确保酒水质量的一致性。

  • Assist in the preparation of the yearly department budget by using history & forecasting techniques to develop an aggressive budget that reflects the outlets achievable capabilities.

    通过回顾和预测的方法,准备部门的年度预算。

     

  • Accurately forecast business demands to ensure efficient staffing & food production.

    精确预计生意情况并有效安排员工和食品。

  • To ensure the efficient scheduling of management & associates.

    确保有效的安排所有人员的排班表。

  • To ensure the awareness & enforcement of all Marriott S.O.P.’s & Property L.S.O.P.’s.

    了解并执行所有万豪的SOP和LSOP。

  • Enforce operational Standards that are periodically reviewed & updated.

    确保运营标准的周期性回顾与更新。

  • Be responsible for maintaining outlet safety and sanitation standards at all times.

    始终保持部门的安全和卫生随时达到标准。

  • Enforce Marriott’s 39-point sanitation checklist by having all outlets inspected on a monthly basis.

    执行万豪的39项卫生清洁标准,每月以该标准对部门进行检查。

  • Be responsible for asset management of all outlet property and facilities.

    负责部门固定资产和流动资产的管理。

  • Conduct a preventative maintenance inspection on a monthly basis.

    做好每月预防性的检查工作。

  • Enforce Marriott’s Principles of Hospitality at all times.

    始终贯彻万豪热情好客的原则。

  • Above all, to lead by example through a “hands on” approach to motivate our associates to excel.

    要成为员工的榜样、深入到员工之中去引导员工取得成功。

     

    HUMAN RESOURCES  人力资源

  • Develop and implement management development plans for subordinate managers and supervisors on a quarterly basis in conjunction with HRD.

    与人力资源部共同制定和实施对下级经理、主管的季度管理培训计划。

  • Implement a departmental daily “15 Minute” training program.

    实行部门每天十五分钟的培训。

  • Conduct outlet associate performance reviews in a professional and timely manner.

    从专业的角度为所有的员工做工作评估。

  • Be responsible for all aspects of associate management including hiring, discipline in conjunction with the Beverage Manager.

    与酒水部经理共同负责所有与员工有关的事宜,包括招聘、培训和处罚员工。

  • Conduct an effective monthly associate meeting with minutes and P&A forwarded to the GM, F & B and HRD.

    每月组织有效的员工会议,要有相关会议记录并抄送给总经理、餐饮总监和人力资源总监。

  • Compile and critique the wage progress report on a weekly basis.

    监督每周编辑工资(考勤)报表。

  • Practice “open door” policy to all associates.

    运用“开放”的态度对待所有员工。

     

ADMINISTRATIVE 行政

  • Be responsible for all accounting and billing procedures in the outlet.

    负责所有财务的程序在本部门得到执行。

  • Be responsible for the accurate supervision of the associate time control and payroll systems by working with Accounting and HRD.

    通过与会计和人力资源部的工作,确保员工工作时间和薪水准确无误。

  • Promote positive inter-departmental relations through candid communication and cooperation.

    通过坦率的交流经验与协作促进部门内部的关系。

  • Respond to guest inquiries or concerns within 24 hours in what is deemed the appropriate manner.

    对于顾客的询问/关注,应在24小时内予以适当的答复。

  • Perform any reasonable request made of management which is not life threatening or against the law.

    在不涉及生命安全和违反法律的情况下,完成管理层布置的其他工作任务。

     

    MARKETING营销

  • Be aware of all Marriott Guest Incentive programs and the correct accounting procedures pertaining to them.

    了解所有的万豪奖励计划和与之相关的记分程序.

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing plans of the outlet.

    制定营销计划并把他推向市场。

  • Be aware of competitors in the market & complete a competition analysis on a quarterly basis.

了解竞争对手,每个季度作一次市场竞争分析报告。
