工作职责:1. Administrative Support行政工作支持a. Responsible for the daily administrative work of the department.      负责部门日常行政工作。b. Handling incoming calls and assist in handling guest enquiries.      来电接待及协助处理客户咨询。c. Compile the attendance record of executive office and drivers and keep track on all    overtime record and leave application record.      完成行政办及车队员工考勤记录,保存所有加班及休假记录。d. To manage the office supplies inventory of the department and minimize any wastage.      处理部门办公室用品的仓储订购及分配,同时尽量减少浪费。e. Responsible for the maintenance of all equipments in the office.      负责办公室设备的保养和报修。f. In charge of communicating with other departments, make sure information and order    from superior has been conveyed efficiently.      负责与各部门的沟通协调,有效的传达信息与领导指示。g. Preparing meeting minutes and distribute to related personnel.       完成会议记录并分发给相关人员。h. Assist in compiling periodical reports.       协助完成定期报告。i. Responsible for communicating with relevant government department, convey orders on  time and assist in finishing the jog on time.负责与政府相关部门进行工作上的沟通,按时传达相关部门的要求并协助酒店按时完成工作。       2. Coordination with other departments与其他部门的协调a. Act as a key coordinator between Human Resources on roster arrangements, attendance record, leave record and other HR related matters.作为一个协调员,就排班安排、考勤记录、休假记录及其他相关事宜等与人力资源部进行沟通协调。b. Handle the flow of correspondence and memos with other departments.                              同其他部门沟通,传达信息及通知。3.Management of Divers车队管理a. In charge of communication with driver supervisor. Inform driver supervisor of internal car using request.负责与车队督导进行沟通,通知其酒店内部的用车需求。b. Finish hotel car energy allocation form and submit to Finance by the end of each month.完成每月酒店车辆能源分摊表,每月底递交财务部。c. In charge of communicating with outsourced car service company, and checking finance report with them every month for payment.负责与酒店外包租车公司进行沟通,每月核对账目并完成付款申请。4.Filing档案整理a. To be in charge of the office filing system and be sure that all correspondence are properly filed.        整理办公室文档并且确保所有信息被合理保存。b. Conduct regular filing audits and report to DGM on any defects.负责日常文档资料的审核,如发现问题及时上报副总经理。c.     To make certain that all hotel collaterals are well stocked and are properly stored. 确保酒店的财物被完好合理的使用和储存。任职资格:Profile of Competency工作能力: • Minimum 3 years work experience in administrative work.三年以上行政工作经验• Ability to handle administrative work as required using appropriate computer software.       熟练使用电脑软件处理行政工作• Good interpersonal skills and Strong sense of responsibility.       良好的人际交往能力与较强的责任感• Ability to communicate effectively with various departments.能够同其他部门有效的沟通Language 语言能力: • Proficiency in written and spoken English              英语说写能力良好Education 教育: • Good general education, preferably University graduates.             大学以上Job License 资格 / 等级证: • N/A无
