职位描述

To provide coordinated support and to assist with administrative duties within the Event Management Department.

支持协调并协助宴会统筹部门的管理工作。

  1. To be able to handle skilfully office automation software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc. both in Chinese and English version.   

  2. 熟练掌握自动办公室软件,列如:Word, Excel文档以及outlook的中英文形式。                                                                                                   

  3. To translate and interpret orally and written documents

  4. 翻译诠释口头以及书面文件。

  5. To receive dictation, compose, type letters, correspondences, memo, reports,etc.                                                                                                      收发信函,信件,通讯,通告,报表等

  6. To handle mailings, faxes and incoming correspondences of Event office.处理宴会办公室的邮件,传真以及往来信件。

  7. To schedule and properly prepare all documents for asst dir. of Event  approval.

  8. 帮助宴会统筹副总监整理和准备各类文件。

  9. To receive telephone calls, take messages and inform related persons when available.         

  10. 接听来电,记录信息并通知相关人员

  11. To greet and handle all guests, both internal and external.

  12. 接待所有的顾客

  13. To keep asst dir. Of Event, Assistant Event Manager, Event Executive appointments, engagements and meetings. 

  14. 安排宴会统筹副总监,宴会统筹副理,宴会统筹主任的委任和会议

  15. To organize and attend meetings, including the preparation of agenda and minutes.                                                                                                          安排并参加会议,包括议程表的安排和会议记录

  16. To keep track and ensure the proper maintenance of all paper documents and filling.                                                                                                  

  17. 确保正确维持所有的文档和领料工作

  18. To properly maintain the Corporate Standards of Operations and the Local Standards of Operations.

  19. 正确执行企业标准和当地运营标准。

  20. To distribute the daily BEO and weekly forecast to each department.

  21. 分发每日的宴会通知单和每周的宴会预定表到每个部门。

  22. To be able to handle internal bookings

  23. 处理内部预定

  24. Others

  • To provide courteous and professional service and to maintain good working relationships with all hotel associates. 

  • 提供专业的服务并和酒店的员工维持良好的工作关系

  • To have a complete understanding of the hotel associate handbook and to adhere to the regulations contained therein. 

  • 完全的明白酒店的员工手册以及章程中所包含的内容

  • To have a complete understanding of the hotel policies relating to fire, safety and hygiene. 

  • 完全明白酒店涉及火灾,安全以及卫生的警示

  • To carry out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

  • 以及外加其它的一些工作和职责


  • 职位要求:

  • Good command of Written and Spoken Mandarin

  • 良好的中文写作及口头表达能力

    1. Good knowledge of Conversational English

    英语对话能力良好

    1. High school diploma or equivalent
    2. 高中毕业证书或同等学历证明
    3. College/University degree preferred

    大专或本科学历者优先
