Responsibilities 工作职责
1.Produces food of high quality according to standard recipes. Preparations to setting up buffet lunch and dinner as well as add bread to close meal.
依照标准配方制作高品质食物。准备及摆设午、晚自助及面包的添加和收餐。
2.To assist the Pastry Chef with the planning of dessert menus and food promotions.
协助饼房厨师长制定甜品菜单及食品节。
3.Preparations to setting up for tea break as well as dessert and bread by function.
准备茶歇及宴会甜品、面包。
4.o control standards of food production and presentation throughout the hotel.
控制面包房出产的标准。
Job Specs 职位要求1.Working experience in similar capacity with international chain hotels.
有在国际连锁酒店的相关经验。
2.Knowledge in HACCP.
在食品安全体系方面的知识。
3.Strong Bakery Skills.
丰富的面包房的技能。
4.Good creative work skills.
良好的创作技巧。
