Handling incoming calls and assist in handling press enquiries.

Assist in compiling and updating the press release distribution list.
协助更新、翻译新闻稿以及相关的媒体曝光记录。
Handling the distribution of press release.处理新闻稿的发送记录。
Participate in coordination of all hotel promotions.参与酒店推广活动协调工作。
Assist in coordinating with F&B on obtaining the details of all F&B promotions.协助与餐饮部的沟通以获得有关餐饮推广的详细信息资料。
Assist in managing the hotel promotional database and updating the database.
协助管理酒店推广活动的资料,并及时更新。
Coordinate the design and production of all hotel promotional materials.
协调酒店所有促销印刷品的设计、印刷和制作。
Handling of any photo shooting for promotional purposes.
处理所有宣传、推广的照片拍摄工作。
In charge of the distribution of all promotional materials and constantly review the current distribution channels and come up with new ideas for enhancement.
管理酒店宣传促销印刷品的派发以及不断的更新现在的发送渠道,并提出新的想法,增加发送渠道。
Proficient in photo shooting and high-quality video output
有丰富拍摄视频经验并且有优质视频作品输出
Responsible for the tracking of all expenses incurred for all design and production of promotional materials and advertising.
负责跟进酒店宣传促销印刷品的设计、印刷和广告等费用。
Monthly update of the actual expenses for record purposes
.每月更新实际费用明细表。
Closely work with sister properties in creating cluster promotions and awareness.与姐妹酒店紧密合作,创造区域性的合作和推广。 Participate in the preparation of monthly report and other reports according to business needs.参与月度报告的准备工作,以及其他相关的工作报告。
Requirement岗位要求
1.Minimum 1-year work experiencein hotel
industryfrom a sizeable international organization or in advertising or publicrelations firms.1年以上从事酒店行业、相关国际集团/组织、广告业或公关公司工作经验。
2.Knowledge of local market and business practice.熟悉当地市场,良好的工作经历。
3.Ability to comply reports as required
usingappropriate computer software.良好的计算机操作能力。
4.Good interpersonal skills.好的沟通能力。
5.Ability to communicate effectively with various departments.和不同部门有效沟通的能力。
6.Proficiency in written and spoken English
andMandarin.中英文口头及书面表达流畅。
