Responsibilities 工作职责
1.Daily Live Streaming     Management: Oversee and manage daily live streaming activities for     two hotels, including planning, organizing, and executing events.
日常直播管理： 监督和管理两家酒店的日常直播活动，包括策划、组织和执行活动。
2.Script Writing: Write and     edit live stream scripts to ensure content is engaging, lively, and     aligned with brand image.
撰写脚本： 撰写和编辑直播脚本，确保内容引人入胜、生动活泼并符合品牌形象。
3.Scene Traffic     Analysis: Conduct traffic analysis for hotel scenes to evaluate     viewer data and optimize future live streaming strategies.
场景流量分析： 对酒店场景进行流量分析，评估观众数据，优化未来的直播策略。
4.Coordination with Online     Non-Direct Channels: Coordinate and manage live streaming activities     with major online non-direct channels such as Meituan, Douyin (TikTok),     Xiaohongshu (Little Red Book), WeChat Video Accounts, and Ctrip Live.
与非直接在线渠道协调： 协调和管理与美团、斗鱼（嘀嗒）、小红书（小红书）、微信视频账户、携程直播等主要在线非直接渠道的直播活动。负责洽谈合作、资源整合、提供技术支持，确保每场直播活动顺利进行。
5. Responsible for negotiating partnerships, resource integration, and     providing technical support to ensure smooth execution of each live event.

6.Special Holiday Live Streaming     Planning: Develop specific live streaming plans and strategies for     shopping festivals such as Double Eleven (11/11), 618 Sales Event, as well     as hotel anniversary celebrations to maximize sales opportunities and     brand exposure.
特殊节假日直播策划： 为双十一（11/11）、618 促销活动等购物节以及酒店周年庆制定具体的直播计划和策略，最大限度地提高销售机会和品牌曝光率。
7.Performance Metrics: Ensure     a 10% increase in Douyin GMV and conversion rates for the hotels within a     6-month evaluation period.
绩效指标： 在 6 个月的评估期内，确保酒店的斗鱼 GMV 和转化率提高 10%。

Job Specs 职位要求
1. Good image temperament, strong immediate response ability, strong desire to express and share；
形象气质佳，有较强的临场反应能力，具有较强的表达分享欲；
2.1 + years of live broadcasting experience, with a single GMV10W+ live broadcasting case or a new number experience;
1年以上直播经验，具有单场GMV10W+的直播案例或起新号的经验；
3. Love life and travel, have a certain knowledge reserve of wine travel industry, tour guide experience is preferred;
爱生活爱旅游，有一定酒旅行业的知识储备，有导游经验的优先；
4. Sense of goal, strong self-drive, strong pressure resistance, can adapt to fast-paced work.
目标感、自驱力强，抗压能力强，能适应快节奏的工作。
