Responsibilities 作职责：

1. Adapts and implements the principles of the Human Resources policy manual to reflect local needs and practices.

根据酒店所在地的政策法规调整、执行人力资源部的相关政策。

2. Ensures the human resources department provides a high level of service to management and team members.

确保人力资源部为酒店管理层及员工提供高质量的服务。

3. Assists in or prepares periodic reports relating to the human resources function e.g. labor turnover, payroll analysis, operational budget

负责准备或协助准备人力资源相关报表，如员工流失率，员工薪资，部门预算等。

4. Assist HRD to prepare annual human resources budget and plan, control the cost and ensures budget is met.

协助人力资源总监做好部门年度预算及计划，做好成本及预算控制。

5. Set team goals in consultation with team members according to hotel/department goal, policies and practices.

根据酒店/部门目标、政策和实际情况与团队成员共同设立团队目标。

Job Specs 职位要求：

Education Background: Bachelor Degree. Major in English or Human Resources is preferred

学历：本科以上学历，主修英语专业或人力资源专业为佳。

Experience: Minimum of 2 years experience in the same position in a 5 star international branded hotel or comparable industry related experience.

工作经验：2年以上国际五星级酒店同等岗位工作经验或相关领域同等经验。
