Responsibilities 工作职责

1.Manage in-coming clients enquiries received via fax, phone and email effectively to ensure all calls are handled professionally, promptly and courteously.
确保用专业，及时及礼貌的标准处理好客户通过来电，传真邮件的形式的问询。
2. Provide accurate resorts & hotels information to all clients and efficient coordination of requests from FITs or Groups to ensure high level of customers’ satisfaction.
对客户提供准确的酒店信息，有效率的协助来自散客及团队的需求，确保客户的满意度。
3.Possess excellent product knowledge to enhance work efficiency and productivity.
具备出色的酒店产品知识，提高工作效率及效绩。
4.Assist sales team to achieve sales targets by promoting and representing appropriate tactical sales programs to prospects.
通过推销及展示销售战术确保销售团队的销售任务。
5.Provide efficient support by maintaining an updated product file for the various resorts, thus, ensuring the Team has the most current information readily upon request.
通过及时维护更新销售数据文件，确保销售团队在收到信息问询是能及时准确提供。
6.To supervise and co-ordinate with Sales & Marketing Offices and the hotel’s operations regarding organizational aspects of meeting groups, functions, photo shooting and media visit.
监督及协助销售办公室和酒店运作部门做好会议团队，大型宴会及媒体采访，摄影活动。
7.To assist with DOS/SM and the hotel operations regarding organizational aspects of any group’s activities, important events and VIP guests.

协助销售总监及酒店运作部门关于团队活动，重要宴会及重要客人的接待
8.To assist with the Sales and Marketing Offices and the hotel operations regarding organisational aspects of meeting groups and functions to ensure the successful planning and execution of these events.
协助销售办公室及酒店运营部门，关于会议团队及大型宴会的组织工作，确保各项活动的顺利策划及运行。

Job Specs 职位要求

1.University graduate, excellent command of written and spoken in English and Chinese language.

大学专科，良好的中英文读写能力。
2.Minimum 1 years’ experience in similar capacity with international chain hotels.
具有至少一年在国际连锁酒店的相关经验。
3.Very familiar with local market and good at marketing trend analysis.
了解本地客户的情况并具有很强的市场分析能力。
4.2With strong teamwork spirit.
