岗位职责：
公共区域领班督导协调员工完成工作,保证前区及后区达到香格里拉国际酒店的卫生标准要求。
1. 培训、教育、指导、评估公共区域服务员
2. 每日做好项目的修理安排,需特殊清洁的要报告给行政管家。
3.按照建立的标准进行清洁剂,客用品,设施设备的月盘点。
4.协助做好定期维护倮养工作。
5.保证工作按建立的标准彻底准时的完成。
6.监控所有设施设各的发放返还。
7.分类保持标准的用品存放，保持标准的用品储存。
岗位要求：
1.高中以上文化程度。
2.熟悉掌握酒店对客服务的要求，以及公区清洁设施设备使用的基础知识。3.1年以上同岗位工作经验。
4.具有良好的工作计划能力、信息沟通能力、处理顾客投诉和解决问题的能力。
