PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责
Security安全防损
·Be responsible for ensuring all hotel property is protected from theft, vandalism or damage.
确保酒店所有财产的安全，以防偷窃、人为破坏等情况的发生。
·Frequent patrols and checks of hotel areas including safety equipment and exits.
对酒店区域进行频繁的巡逻，包括安全设施和各消防通道。
·Ensure there is no solicitation take place on site.
确保在酒店区域内无反酒店服务的教唆活动发生。
·Ensure only authorized persons or goods are permitted on and off site (restricted areas)
确保只有被授权的人或物品方可进出酒店（限制区域）。
·Deal with guest and colleague issues with empathy.
设身处地的为酒店客人和员工解决问题。
·Assist with initial investigation in relation to allegations of loss or damage.
协助关于物损的初步调查。
·Assist with initial investigation in relation to guest or colleague injury accident.
协助酒店客人或员工的受伤事件调查。
·Be familiar with hotel rules and policies.
熟悉酒店规章制度。
· Maintain the key control system.
维护钥匙管理系统。
Health and Safety 卫生安全
·Be aware of Health and Safety legislation.
了解卫生安全法。
·Check the fire equipment and emergency entrance of the hotel by patrolling.
通过巡逻检查酒店的消防设备和紧急出入口。
·Identify, isolate and minimize workplace hazards.
检查工作场所，确保风险最小化。
Communication交流沟通
·Maintain open and frequent communication with managers and supervisors within the security department and across the hotel.
与经理和主管保持开放互通的交流。
·Develop effective communication channels with colleagues from the hotel.
与酒店员工发展有效的沟通渠道。
Process and Operations操作步骤
·Ensure the effective implementation of all security procedures.
确保保安部所有流程的有效执行。
