SCOPE 范围
Assist the Colleague Dining Room Chef in managing daily operation so that colleagues can use their knowledge to produce high-quality products. Train colleagues on hotel policies and procedures. 
 协助员工餐厅厨师长管理日常工作，使同事能运用他们的知识制作出高质量的产品。向同事培训酒店政策及程序。
 
 
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责
· Supervise, coordinate and participate in Colleague Dining Room cooking, ensure the quantity and quality of food.
管理，协调并参与员工餐厅食品制作，确保菜肴的数量和质量。
· Ensure that kitchen equipment and appliances are handled properly.
保证员工餐厅厨房设备和用具正确操作。
· Ensure that hotel cost control policies and procedures are followed.
确保落实酒店的成本控制政策和程序。
· Check on requisitioned supplies to determine quality, quantity and freshness.
检查订单供给食品的质量、数量及新鲜程度。
· Utilize leftover food, converts unconsumed cooked food to other dishes.
充分利用剩余食品，转换成为其他食品。
· Check sanitation and security of talent canteen and report to the Colleague Dining Room Chef in time.
检查人才餐厅的卫生及安全情况并及时向员工餐厅厨师长回报。
· Train Colleague Dining Room commis.
 对员工餐厅厨师进行相关培训。
· Appraise performance of subordinates and recommends appropriated suggestion.
给予人才评估和建议。
· May act as Colleague Dining Room Chef during his absence.
 在厨师长不在时履行其职责。
· Performs other duties that may be required by the superiors.
 履行其上司给予的其他职责.
· Make sure production charts are closely followed and adhered to.
严格按照生产操作流程制作食品。
· Set up working station properly before each service period.
每次营业前，妥善地设置好制作台。
· Make sure all food is prepared according to recipes prepared by the Colleague Dining Room Chef.
严格按照厨师长开出的食谱制作食品。
· Inform the Colleague Dining Room Chef immediately if there is any problem or complaint.
遇有问题或投诉，立即告知厨师长。
· Be able to work in another area when needed and take part in cross-training when directed. 
 按要求，参加岗位交叉培训，需要时能调至其他部门协助工作。
· Attend training sessions as required. 
 根据需要参加培训。
· Participates in the arrangement of the buffet at any time when necessary.
必要时参与帮助任何时刻自助餐的布置工作。
· Follow hotel policy as laid out in colleague handbook.
根据员工手册贯彻酒店政策。
· Perform any duties assigned by the management.
执行任何管理层委托的工作。
· Assist HR to promote in all kinds of social media.
协助HR在任何平台上的推广工作。
