PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责
·Abide by the policies and procedures set out
in the Colleague Handbook.

·Meet grooming standards of the hotel as set

·Be aware and abide by Equal Employment
Opportunity and Affirmative action Legislation and the hotel’s policies in
regards to harassment prevention.
遵守酒店政策和劳动合同
·Work in a safe manner and abide by
Occupational Health & Safety legislation and the hotel’s policies in regard
to accident and incident reporting procedures.

·Attend all roaster shifts including shift work and weekend work in accordance with
rosters.
平日和周末根据排班表上班
·To support the hotel, team members and shift
leaders and maintain a pleasant atmosphere with co-workers at all times.

·Ensure the cleanliness, safety and efficiency
of the entire laundry Room and its
equipment.
确保洗衣房内所有设备的清洁，安全和完好
·Maintain and control Rooms, Food and Beverage
linen and uniform inventory. And prepare monthly report of discarded, condemned
linen and uniform and submit to the laundry manager.
·对供货商送来的布草、制服及其他物品进行验收，以确保所收货物合乎标准
Responsible for dry cleaning all guest and
staff laundry.
负责所有客衣和员工制服的洗熨
·Sort out the garments according to the colour,
material, degree of soil and stain.
根据服装的颜色、布料、脏污程度进行分拣
·Set washing program as instructed
设定洗涤程序
·Remove all the stain before washing
洗涤前去污
·Keep the machine clean and operate in a safe
way.
保持设备的清洁和安全运作
·Keep the chemical and supplies in a safe
place and use it in the proper way.
将化学用品安置在安全的地方，并恰当使用
·Keep control of the temperature on washing
and drying process.
在洗涤和干燥过程中，控制温度
·Return any valuables found inside the
garment.
归还服装内的贵重物品
·Report to Laundry & U/L Manager
immediately when there is any failure of machine.
如设备发生故障，需及时向洗衣房、制服及布草房经理汇报
·Finish all jobs assigned by the Laundry &
U/L Manager.
完成洗衣房、制服及布草房经理分配的其他任务
·Perform other duties as required by the
Laundry manager.
完成洗衣房经理所要求的其它工作。
·Adhere to all standards and procedures as
outlined in the department. Procedure Manual, Colleague Handbook and company code of Conduct.
贯彻部门标准，程序和酒店的同事手册及行为准则
·Perform any duties assigned by the Management
deemed necessary.
