PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责

o    Demonstrate 5-star hotel standards at all times to guests.

在任何时候想宾客展示五星级酒店的标准

o    Assume responsibility for the safety & security of all hotel guests.

负责酒店宾客的安全

o    Assist guests with directions, queries or recommendations on the local area.

当场帮助宾客解决问题,提供建议

o    Initiate conversation with guests in other to improve and heighten guest satisfaction.

建立和培养与宾客的交谈,提高客人的满意度

o    Provide all guests with efficient and friendly service, fulfilling guest’s needs and ensuring standard of service is always maintained.

向所有宾客提供友好快捷的服务,确保一直保持服务标准

o    Able to describe the hotel and The Langham Club facilities in a professional manner.

能够专业的向宾客介绍朗廷会的设施

o    Update guests on internal promotions, local weather, local events, etc.

向客人提供最新的内部促销信息,当地天气和事件情况等等

o    Spot check assigned club guest rooms prior to guest arrival.

在朗廷会宾客到店之前,分好房间,并对房间进行抽查

o    Perform check-in and check-out, meet and greet guests on arrival and bid farewell on departure.

做好宾客的入住和退房手续,在宾客到店时亲自欢迎,在宾客离店时热烈欢送

o    Update and modify guest folios in the PMS-Opera system after checked-in.

在宾客入住后,在PMS-Opera系统中更新和修改宾客的的资料

o    Conduct rooming to the guests upon check in and ensure that LQA standard is met.

在入住时向宾客按照LQA的标准介绍房间

o    Enter guest preferences in guest history system, use and update accordingly.

根据宾客的情况,进入宾客喜好历史系统中进行更新

o    Check out guests professionally, ensuring that billing is correct and full payment is received while ensuring that the LQA standards are met.

在结账时,按照LQA的标准做到确保账单正确,宾客已结清所有款项

o    Encourage guests to utilize the hotels services, such as restaurants, health club and Flavor of Langham.

鼓励宾客体验酒店的服务,例如餐厅,健身房,体验到朗廷特色

o    Communicate effectively with all other departments to ensure guests are looked after.

与其它部门进行有效的沟通,确保宾客得到很好的照料

o    Confidently make food and beverage recommendations to guests.

自信的向宾客推荐食物和饮品

o    Prepare welcome drinks.

准备欢迎饮品

o    Look after guest’s special requests, dietary requirements.

照料好宾客对食物的特殊要求和饮食规律

o     Taking order with the guest and provide some suggestion

为客人点单,并提供一些建议

o    Work closely with other departments to ensure groups and special functions are handled smoothly.

与其它部门紧密合作,以确保集团和特殊情况处理的顺利

o     Maintains an effective working atmosphere in operations by means of good communications system between Kitchen and Stewarding Department.

保持良好的日常工作氛围,并与厨房和管事部有良好的沟通

o     Up sell hotel product to increase revenue.

销售酒店的产品,提高收入

o    Control and analyze, on an on-going basis, in order to optimize the quality levels of product and service.

进行控制和分析,以优化服务质量和产品质量

o    Be involved in the hotel’s operation and be up-to-date with any events, new concepts and work methods.

o    Assist The Langham Club Assistant Manager to monitor the operation, improve food quality and service standard as well as review business performance.

o    Constantly keep The Langham Club Manager informed of emergencies such as fire and death, employee problems and guests’ complaints.

及时向朗廷会经理汇报紧急情况,例如火警;死亡;员工问题和客人投诉

o    Keep up to date on current activities in the hotel, city and country generally.

更新最新的酒店,城市和国家的当前活动

o    Be familiar with food and beverage service etiquette, serving all food and beverage in a professional manner and to the required standards.

熟悉餐饮服务服务礼节, 提供专业和标准的餐饮服务

o    Responsible for pre-service and post-service preparation.

负责餐前和餐后的准备工作

o    Ensure the Club floor pantry is clean & tidy at all times.

确保朗廷会工作区一直保持干净整

o    Open wines and know correct storage and service.

为宾客正确的开启和服务红酒,并正确的保存已开启的红酒

o    Have a basis cocktail knowledge to prepare cocktail and mixed drinks.

    了解鸡尾酒基础知识,为宾客准备鸡尾酒和混合饮料

o    Arrange, set up and serve breakfast to the guests in The Langham Club.

为朗廷会宾客安排和准备早餐

o    Arrange the table set-up and ensure that tables are set correctly.

正确的安排餐桌和摆台

o    Ensure F&B supplies are sufficient for daily operation and coordinate stock-take.

确保食物和饮品供应充足,协调好食物饮品的进出

o    Assist The Langham Club Assistant Manager to review, design and develop the 5-star service procedures and work flow of The Langham Club on a continuous basis.

协助朗廷会副经理回顾,自行设计和发展五星级的服务程序;保持朗廷会的工作流程

o    Perform regular inspection of rooms and club facilities to ensure the areas are in a high standard.

对俱乐部的房间和设施进行定期检查,确保保持在高标准

o    Set / close breakfast / afternoon refreshment / evening cocktail.

做好早餐;下午茶和鸡尾酒的开餐和关餐

o     Provide leadership to the Langham Club, specifically serving premium guests.

做到朗廷会团队带领,特别是做好对重要宾客的服务

o     Assume responsibility for the day to day running of The Langham Club.

o     Act with integrity, including being honest while still maintaining the confidentiality of information when required and consistent with hotel’s policy.

o     Understand The Langham Club standards, LRA standard & brand standard and guidelines and follow them accordingly.

REQUIREMENTS 职位要求

Knowledge

o   At least 2 year hotel working experience

o   Experience in same position is preferred

o   Knowledge on food and beverage

o   Housekeeping background is an advantage

o   PMS – Opera & FCS system operation knowledge

PC Knowledge
