Job Responsilities:
•Assist Chief Concierge to supervision all operational tasks as well as their respective delegation and follow-up. 
•Handles guest and talent enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, reporting complaints or problems if no immediate solution can be found. 
•Recognize guests, acknowledge their arrangement, and engage with them in a polite way at any possible moment. 
•Lead to ensure LQA standards are implemented and delivered to every guest. 
•Has a renowned knowledge of Macau local areas and points of interest

Job Requirements:
• Minimum 3 Years’ experience in 5 star Luxury Hospitality required 
• Member of Clefs d'Or is a must. 
• Ensure implement on work with honesty all times. 
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills. 
• Good communication skills in both written and spoken English, Mandarin or Cantonese.
• Knowledge of computers and systems.
