Job Purpose职责概述
The Director of Operations mission is to be responsible for the entire Hotel operation. His/her scope ofresponsibilities covers the financial results (revenue, cost of sales, payroll& related expenses, other expense, departmental income, gross operatingincome, net operating income) of the hotel. He/she is also responsible for thestandards of the product, service, management of Talent & Culture and thesales and marketing strategies, goals and results.
运营总监的使命是负责整个酒店的运营。 职责范围包括酒店的财务业绩（收入、销售成本、工资和相关费用、其他费用、部门收入、总营业收入、净营业收入），同时还负责产品、服务、人才与文化管理以及销售和市场策略、目标和结果的跟进落实。

岳阳铂尔曼酒店坐落于著名的洞庭湖畔，位于风景秀丽的南湖新区，环境优美，距离岳阳市中心仅五公里距离，26分钟即可到达岳阳高铁站，36分钟可到达岳阳机场。酒店是雅高酒店集团旗下的高端品牌，功能集商务会议、休闲度假和餐饮娱乐于一体。酒店总建筑面积63,258平方米，主体建筑分南北中三栋，酒店共拥有213间宽敞的客房，并配套有全日餐厅，大堂吧，行政酒廊以及4间中式贵宾包厢，设有1间带室内游泳池的健身房，还有室外游泳池。同时还拥有大约900平米的大宴会厅，并配有16个会议室，可容纳约2500人。酒店已于2020年7月2日开业。 Pullman Yueyang located on the shoreline of the famous Dongting Lake, belongs to the south lake new district with beautiful scenery and environment, and only 5km from Yueyang city center, it takes 26 minutes to high-speed train station and 36 minutes to Yueyang airport. As an up-scaled brand of Accor, Pullman Yueyang integrated with business conference, leisure and vacation, catering and entertainment. The total building area of hotel is 63,258 square meters, the main building divided into three buildings-north, south & middle. Hotel has 213 spacious guest rooms, with all day dining restaurant, lobby lounge, executive lounge and 4 Chinese style private rooms, 1 fitness center with the indoor pool, and also outdoor swimming pool. At the same time, there have a grand ballroom which almost 900 square meters and 16 meeting rooms, can accommodate 2500 people. Hotel opened in July 2, 2020.
