岗位职责
1. Human Resources
人力资源
1) To maintain and update the Personnel Records and Personnel Information Cards for each employee.
维护更新每位员工的个人档案和员工卡。
2) To be responsible for the security and upkeep of personnel files.
确保人事档案的安全和存放。
3) To assist with the implementation and upkeep of employee communications.
帮助开展员工的沟通活动。
4) To handle and direct employee enquiries.
处理并解决员工的需求。
5) To assist with the compilation and implementation of the following employee communications:
协助落实以下:
• Employee Magazine
员工杂志
• Employee Newsletter
员工报纸
• Employee Notice Board
员工公告栏
• Employee Meetings
员工大会
6) To assist with the coordination and implementation of employees committees.
协调和落实员工委员会活动。
7) To be aware of all the Hotel’s policies and procedures and to adhere to them.
了解并遵守酒店的政策和流程。
8) To carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
完成上级布置的其他任务。
9) To respond to changes in the Human Resources function as dictated by the industry, company or Hotel.

2. Operation Efficiency

To assist other personnel in the Human Resources Department in the smooth and efficient running of the Human Resources Department, ensuring that all the policies and procedures outlined in the Operations Manual are strictly adhered to.

1) To provide courteous and professional service, to handle guest enquiries graciously and efficiently and to maintain good working relationship with all colleagues throughout the Hotel.
提供礼貌专业的服务,友善接受客人询问,并处理迅速,与酒店所有同事保持良好的工作关系。
2) To maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all time.

5. Administration

1) To type, take minutes and dictation, draft letters, handle telephone calls, file and trace correspondence.
日常打字,会议记录和听写,起草信件,处理电话,整理和跟踪业务来往
2) To handle new hires’ check in and check out procedures.
处理员工入职和离职程序。
3) Assist Training to record and monitor the use of the Training Room, Equipment and Materials.
协助培训部做好培训教室、设备和材料的使用记录和监管。
