职位描述

岗位职责

Administration 

行政职责:

1. In the absence of a Manager, conducts shift briefings to ensure hotel activities and operational requirements are known

在经理缺席时主持交接班说明会,确保员工了解酒店的活动和运营的要求。

2. Endeavour to resolve all complaints during shift and logs all complaints in log book for further follow up

在自己当班期间尽可能解决所有的投诉,并在工作日志中记录所有投诉以便进一步跟进的工作。

3. Supervise cash handling and banking procedures

监督现金的处理和存放程序。

4. Prepare daily banking and cash flow reports

编制每日存款和流动资金报告。

5. Establish and instruct staff in cash security procedures

制定并指导员工执行现金安全制度。

6. Deal with irregular payments

处理异常的付款情况。

7. Supervise the maintenance of service equipment

监督服务设备的维护保养。

8. Monitor standards of guest facilities and services

监督客用设施和服务的标准。

9. Control stock and monitor security procedures

控制存货和监督保安成序。

10. Assist with menu and wine list creation

协助菜单和酒水单的设计工作。

11. Supervise functions

监督各项职能。

12. Supervise outlet service

监督餐厅的服务。

13. Works with Superior on manpower planning and management needs

和上级领导一起进行人力规划和管理需求。

14. Works with Superior in the preparation and management of the Department’s budget

和上级领导一起编制和管理部门预算。

 

Training and Human Resources

培训和人事责任:

1. Trains personnel ding to established procedures; conducts orientation of all new employees and ongoing training of all staff.

尽快使新员工熟悉饭店,并对员工进行培训有关饭店规章制度。

2. Ensure grooming and general appearance of staff conforms to Hotel standards

确保员工保持良好的仪容仪表。

3. Makes frequent suggestions to Management in reference to restaurant general operation and F&B promotion.

向领导提出建议,以提高工作效率,达到增加销售的目的。

4. Establishes effective employee relations maintain the highest level of professionalism, ethic and attitude towards all hotel guests, clients, heads of department and employees.

建立良好的人事关系,在工作中树立良好的工作形象,给饭店的客人、客户、部门经理和员工以专业化及热情服务的美好印象。

5. Ensure wherever possible that employees are provided with a work place free of discrimination, harassment and victimization.

·确保无论何时都应提供给员工们一个没有歧视、骚扰和迫害的工作环境。

6. Treat complaints of harassment and discrimination promptly and confidentially.

快速和保密地处理有关骚扰和歧视的投诉。

7.Treat customers and colleagues from all cultural groups with respect and sensitivity.

对待来自不同文化背景的客人和同事都应给予尊重和体贴。

8. Identify and deal with issues which may cause cross cultural conflict or misunderstanding.

辨认并处理可能由不同文化引起的矛盾和误解事件。

1. Effective communication skills in both Chinese & English.

4. Be good at training and develop the team members.

5. Be familiar with guest experience management, be able to understand and use international brand service management tools..

熟知宾客体验管理、能够理解并运用国际品牌服务管理工具。

6. Be expert of Office Software.

熟练操作办公软件。

7. More than 2years F&B Lobby Bar management experience.

大堂吧相关管理工作两年及以上经验

其他

1. All staffs are required to comply with every reasonable request from their hierarchical supervisor(s) within an amount of time that it takes to comply under normal circumstances.

所有员工在工作中都被要求遵守直接主管所发出的一切合理要求,并且遵循、完成工作。

2.All staffs may be assigned to other duties in the hotel as and when required by business levels.

当涉及到商业层面时员工须签署酒店内相关其他责任。

 

GENERAL DUTIES:

1.Abide by Hotel’s and Department’s policy & procedure.

遵守酒店及部门的各种规章制度。

2. Perform other related duties & special projects as assigned by the supervisor

随时执行上级分配的其他相关任务或特殊项目。

 

Health and Safety

健康与安全

1.  Ensure that all potential and real Hazards are reported immediately and rectified

确保所有潜在的和实际的危险是被立即报告和纠正的。

2. Be fully conversant with all departmental Fire, Emergency procedures

熟悉各个部门的消防、紧急处理程序。

3. Ensure that all emergency procedures are rehearsed, implemented and enforced to provide for the security and safety of guests and Staffs

为了客人们和员工们的安全和消防安全,必须确保所有的紧急程序都被预演、落实和实施。

4. Ensure the safety of the persons and the property of all within the premises by fairly applying Hotel Regulations by strict adherence to existing laws, statutes etc.

在公平的酒店规则和严格遵守的法律法规下,确保在酒店内所有人的人生和财产安全。

5. Ensure all Staff within the department work in a manner which is safe and unlikely to give risk of harm or injury to selves or others

确保所有员工都在部门内以安全的方式操作,避免不安全的或者不适合的冒险的行为造成自己或者其他工作人员的损伤或不便。

6. Use safety manual technology and practice safety working practices under Suning HMC group health, safety and environment policy to keep our environmental and pollution protection to a minimum

使用安全手册技术并实践苏宁酒店管理公司健康、安全环境政策下的安全工作习惯,保持将我们对环境和污染的防护减到最小的工作程序。
