岗位职责
1. Follow up the sales and reception of government group and individual customers.
跟进政府团队以及散客的销售和跟进接待工作。
2. Organize sales call to government customers, manage customer information and maintain good relationship with customers.
组织拜访政府客户,管理客户资料,维护好客户关系。
3. Understand the activity requirements of government agencies for the hotel, coordinate client and hotel arrangements to ensure guest satisfaction and achieve sales target.
掌握政府机构的对于酒店的活动需求,协调客户和酒店安排,确保客人满意度,完成销售任务。
4. Actively promote hotel services and facilities to establish the image of the hotel.
积极宣传酒店服务和设施,树立酒店形象。
5. Government resources or hotel sales experience in Jiaxing market is preferred.
具有政府资源或者有嘉兴市场酒店销售经验优先。
6. Plan and conduct familiarization tours and site inspections.
策划并实施现场考察活动。
7. Grows existing business and establishes and pursues leads which will develop business.
发展现有业务,并建立和寻找发展业务的机会。
8. Assesses sales and marketing data.
评估市场销售数据。
9. Assists in the evaluation of sales and marketing activities.
协助评估市场销售活动。
10. Analyses sales mix and likely impact on hotel goals.
分析销售综合计划和可能对酒店目标产生的影响。
11. Implement direction from DOS.
按销售总监的指示执行相关工作。
12. Maintains the highest standard of personal professional image, conduct, knowledge and skills related to the job responsibility.
维护最高的专业个人形象。
13. Maintains professional business confidentiality.
保护商业机密。
14. Performs any other duty as assigned by the Department manager.
