主要职责 Main Responsibilities
• 以友好并有效率的处理所有的预定要求，确保所有要求能够得到客户的最大满意度.
To handle all reservation requests promptly, in a friendly and efficient manner ensuring that all required information be secured to provide maximum Guest Satisfaction.
• 高效管理预订办公室的所有工作流程
• 通过有效地管理本市和长途电话设备以及总机接线生处理电话的礼貌，确保有效的总机服务。
Ensure efficient provision of telephone services by overseeing efficient arrangement of local and long distance calls, as well as staff’s courtesy in handling telephone calls.
• 通过管理对客留言服务，确保留言转接服务设施的有效运转。
Ensure efficient provision of message relay service by supervising message taking activities services for guests.
• 通过对内部工作程序、员工考勤、三个班次的运转的组织和内部管理，以保证部门的正确管理。
• 通过精通工作操作程序，使总机有效运转。
To follow up on lost business and bring information about them to the knowledge of the department superiors
• 充分了解酒店产品知识，包括酒店房间类型，房价，餐饮，水疗和健身俱乐部
To have a complete knowledge of the hotel product, including room types, rates, relative features and facilities, food and beverage outlets, spa and health club.
• 在任何时候都有清晰地销售策略意识，房价和预定的情况
Be fully aware at all times of the Selling Strategy, rates and booking status of the Hotel.
• 与酒店的各个部门保持紧密的工作联系
To develop and maintain a close and harmonious working relationship with all hotel departments.
• 充分理解并遵守所有酒店政策和程序
Fully understand and adhere to all Hotel policies and procedures.
• 合理管理酒店客房库存状态，确保库存及时进行更新
Be fully competent in Inventory management, ensuring that Inventory is maintained regularly.
• 充分认识并遵守酒店所有的人身与财产安全的政策。
Be fully aware of and adhere to all the Hotels Safety & Security policies.
