严格执行和无条件服从上级领导安排的任何工作任务，不能够以任何借口拒绝执行。
2. If deregulation of hotel and department that will
be got the disciplinary warning and punishment according to Associate handbook
of hotel.
如果违反酒店和部门的规章制度，将根据酒店员工手册给予相关纪律警告和处分。
3. Responsible for installing, repairing and
maintaining the light facilities and electrical equipments so that the
electricity can supply normally.
负责安装、修理及保养酒店内外的灯光设备及电器装置，并确保电力供应正常。
4. Responsible for all the furniture in the hotel
and make wooden decoration, wooden articles and office   furniture according to the needs of all
departments.
负责修理酒店大楼内一切家具，并根据各部门需要，制造木制装饰品、木器或办公室家具, 修理酒店大楼内一切家具。
5. Responsible for checking the mechanical system.
Regular maintenance and checking of all plumbing and kitchen equipment.
负责检查及视察机械系统，对给排水、厨房设备进行具体的保养和检查。
6. Assist the Engineer finish daily task, so that
the electronic system can run trustworthily.
协助工程师完成每天工作分派，确保电子系统可靠运作，以及消防设备安全。
7. Keep daily running record of A/C，Elect, and Plumbing equipment according to the
arrangement of the supervisor.
根据主管的安排认真做好每日的空调、电器、机械设备运行记录。
8. To do the maintenance of the equipment according
to the working plan. Make detailed record regarding on the repairing and
maintenance.
按照工作计划完成对设备的维修保养，并作好相应的详细的记录。
9. On duty person must execute strictly the
operation procedure to prevent accidents.
当班人员要严格执行各项操作规程，防止事故发生。
10. Daily patrol must be executed strictly to
eliminate insecurity factor and solve the defect & problem timely.
认真执行日常巡检，消除不安全因素，及时排除故障。
11. Maintain the working area in good condition in
terms of neatness & orderliness.
保持工作场地的整齐整洁。
12. Accept other assignments instructed by the BSE
and Assistant BSE.
随时接受楼宇服务工程师和助理楼宇服务工程师安排的其他工作。
13. To keep good care of drawing, tools &
establishes used on duty.
保存好当班所用的图纸、工具和设施。
14. Follow concerned firefighting regulation of the
hotel when use the fire to weld.
动明火焊接工作时，必须遵守酒店有关消防规定。
15. Provide good service at all times.
随时随地提供良好的服务。
16. Pay attention to the dressing and wearing when
entering the guestroom.
注意进入客房维修保养时要注意仪表仪容。
17. Make detailed record regarding on the work
completed or not completed in working hours when shift handover.
