岗位职责Duties and Responsibilities
1、在预算内达成营收目标和员工销售目标,使利润率最大化。参与制定部门年度预算、酒店的营销计划、经营及财务计划。
Achieve budgeted revenues and personal/team sales goals and maximise profitability. Participate in the preparation of the annual departmental operating budget, the hotel marketing plan and business plan, and financial plans.
2、拟定并执行销售计划,推动客房入住率明显上升,提高平均房价,提升业务量,增加餐饮和宴会销售。
Create and implement sales plans that drive measurable incremental occupancy, increase average rates, increase volume, food and beverage and banquet sales.
3、审核每月报表和销售预测报告,分析当前和潜在营销趋势,协调各种活动增加营收与市场份额,并监督进展,确保业绩达到或优于既定营收计划。
Review monthly reports and sales forecasts to analyse current/potential market and sales trends, coordinate activities to increase revenue and market share and monitor performance to ensure actual sales meet or exceed established revenue plan.
4、制定、开发各种特别活动和销售活动,向潜在客户推广酒店业务。参加贸易展以及全国和本地大型营销活动,增加新业务机遇,为酒店提升营销机会。
Create and develop special events and sales blitzes to showcase the hotel to potential clients. Attend trade shows and major market events locally and nationally to promote new business and increase sales and marketing opportunities for the hotel.
5、与酒店运营团队一起,为酒店的主要收入来源制定产品以及价格策略来帮助整体提升酒店客房,餐饮,宴会和水疗的收益。
Along with the Hotel Operations team to develop product strategies for the major revenue streams of the Hotel positioning each as independent business units although building on the synergies that can be developed in a Hotel environment, which covers Rooms, Food & Beverage, Catering and Spa.
6、产品策略开发应包括在现有的产品线基础上建立新的产品理念,以推动收入和市场份额。
The product strategy development would include building on existing product lines but also new product ideas to drive revenue and market share.
7、指导媒体关系策略,确保酒店及其运营部门在竞争中获得最大的编辑覆盖。
Direct the media relations strategy to ensure the hotel and its operating departments obtain the largest editorial coverage within the competitive set.
8、为酒店定位媒体印象和设置媒体预算。
Set media impression and media dollar budgets for the Hotel to achieve.
9、通过建立有效的媒体关系,确保成为酒店的业内专家,以便于帮助酒店长期有效的媒体曝光。
Through effective media relationship building ensure the senior executives within the Hotel become known as the industry experts in their particular field and are on a first call basis with any media reporting on hotel topics.
10、主管日常销售活动事务,计划并分配工作,为每个员工设定工作绩效目标。为员工提供教导、辅导并给予定期反馈,协助解决各种员工矛盾,提高员工绩效,并对员工优异的工作表现予以认可。
Direct day-to-day sales activities, plan and assign work, and establish performance and development goals for team members. Provide mentoring, coaching and regular feedback to help manage conflict, improve team member performance, and recognise good performance.
11、对酒店营销部门员工进行教育、培训和激励,促使酒店营收目标得以达成。确保员工获得完成工作职责所需的信息、市场数据以及各种工具与设备。
Educate, train and motivate sales and marketing teams to achieve hotel revenue goals. Ensure staff has the information, market data, tools and equipment to successfully carry out job duties.
12、同有关部门交流所有相关信息,包括即将抵达的贵宾、大型团体或其他重要宾客的要求和特殊需求。
Communicate to appropriate departments all pertinent information requirements and special needs for arriving VIP’s, large groups, and other key guests.
任职资格Qualification
1.具备5年及以上的酒店销售经验,有很强的酒店市场及生意拓展理念。
5 years or above hotel sales experience, has a strong concept of hotel marketing and business development
2. 拥有优秀的沟通技能;完全代表酒店,品牌和公司与顾客,员工和第三方交往的能力。
Good Communication, demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company
3. 拥有有效的酒店报价概念,优化收益管理和销售策略的知识,并具有在给定的市场条件下决定使用哪种概念的能力。
Have effective concepts to hotel offer, optimization revenue management and the knowledge of marketing strategy, and have the ability to decide use what kind of concept in a given market conditions
4. 必须有能力了解酒店业的当地市场情况。
Have ability to understand the local hospitality industry market
5. 具有解决问题,推理,号召,组织和培训能力。
Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training
abilities
6. 熟练的文字、报表、系统数据处理能力.
Skillful deal with word, reports, system data
7. 具有良好的英语口语及书写技能。
Good spoken and writing skills of English.
